The present invention relates to a tissue equivalent proportional counter with an electrode wire fixed by a spring, which includes: a chamber wherein a gas is sealed and the incident radiation is ionized in the gas; a bottom cap which is installed on the lower side of the chamber and seals the chamber; a spring supporter which is installed on the upper groove of the bottom cap and is fixed to one end of a spring; a spring fixing cap to which the other end of the spring is fixed; a protection cap which surrounds the spring fixing cap and the spring and is fixedly connected to the upper groove of the bottom cap, and an anode wire which passes through the chamber, the bottom cap, the spring supporter, and the fixing cap and is installed to fixate a first point of an extension wire passing through the fixing cap to the spring.
