When the preservation of a job related to a user is not succeeded in a job processing apparatus, it is impossible to notify the fact to a corresponding user only. A method of controlling a job processing apparatus includes: a step of preserving a job by relating to a user; a step of preserving identification information for identifying the user related to the job which is not succeeded to preserve; and a step of notifying the corresponding user of the fact that the job is not preserved as the user logs in the job processing device, when the identification information for identifying the user logged in the job processing device is preserved. |
