摘要 Provided is a method for manufacturing a solar cell according to one embodiment of the present invention. In the method for manufacturing the solar cell, a rear electrode is formed on a substrate. A CI(G)S precursor thin film is formed on the rear electrode. A CI(G)S light absorption layer is formed by the selenization and thermal treatment of the Ci(G)S precursor thin film. A process of forming the rear electrode includes the steps of: forming an adhesive layer on the substrate; forming an electrode material layer on the adhesive layer; and forming a selenium diffusion barrier layer on the electrode material layer.
