A method for forming an organic light emitting layer using an ionic liquid mask according to the present invention comprises: a printing step of printing an ionic liquid on the surface of a substrate except a portion on which an organic light emitting layer of one among red (R), green (G), and blue (B) is to be provided; an organic light emitting layer pixel forming step of depositing organic gas on the surface of the substrate on which the ionic liquid is printed under the vacuum atmosphere to form the organic light emitting layer; a cleaning step of removing the ionic liquid printed on portions except the one organic light emitting layer; and a repeating step of repeating the printing step, the organic light emitting layer forming step, and the cleaning step until the red (R), the green (G), and the blue (B) organic light emitting layers are all formed. |
