SIMPLE AND COST-FREE MTP STURCTURE

Disclosed are embodiments of a simple and free multi-time programmable(MTP) structure about non-volatile memory cells. The memory cells comprise a substrate provided to an isolation well and first and second wells arranged on an HV well area and the substrate. The memory cells comprise a first transistor having a select gate and a second transistor having a floating gate wherein the second transistor is adjacent to the first transistor and arranged on the second well. The transistors comprise first and second diffusion areas arranged adjacently to sides of the gates. A control gate is arranged on the first well and is connected to the floating gate. The control and floating gates comprise the same gate layer expanding over the first and second wells. The control gate comprises a capacitor.
