The present invention relates to a composite optical sheet and a manufacturing method thereof. The composite optical sheet comprises: a first base layer with a predetermined thickness composed of a transparent resin; at least one column-shaped spacer with a predetermined height (H), lower end width (P) and length (L) continuously arranged with a predetermined width (D) on the upper surface of the first base layer; a diffusion pattern formed between the spacers on the upper surface of the first base layer and composed of a plurality of diffusion protrusions or diffusion recesses having various shapes, having the maximum height lower than the height of the spacer; a second base layer composed of a transparent resin stacked on the upper side of the spacer and having a predetermined thickness; and an adhering or bonding layer formed on the lower surface of the second base layer and joining the upper end of the spacer with the second base layer, wherein the spacer are formed in one body with the diffusion pattern. |
