The present invention relates to a method for producing raw paper for a corrugated cardboard which includes powder, including a rodent repellent with a long lasting effect, and strength reinforcing powder and thus has an electromagnetic wave blocking effect, a rodent repelling effect, a warp prevention effect, and a quality enhancing effect resulting from an increase of strength and weight of the raw paper, and to a corrugated cardboard and a corrugated cardboard box which are manufactured by using the same raw paper. The method for producing raw paper for a corrugated cardboard includes at least a functional layer forming step for applying a mixture including starch, latex, paraffin, fly ash, and rodent-repellent-containing fumed silica on at least one side of the raw paper.
