The present invention relates to a ballpoint pen including ballpoint pen case having one or multiple colored ballpoint pen cores on the inside and a ballpoint pen gear unit which is arranged on top of the ballpoint pen case and guides the ballpoint pen cores arranged in the ballpoint pen case to expose or hide the ballpoint pen cores through an opening on a side of the ballpoint pen case. More specifically, the ballpoint pen is integrated with a liquid pain reliever. The ballpoint pen includes: a liquid pain reliever case which is arranged on top of the ballpoint pen gear unit to store the liquid pain reliever on the inside; a liquid pain reliever coating unit which protrudes from a side of the upper end of the liquid pain reliever case to coat the liquid pain reliever stored in the liquid pain reliever case onto a target skin area; a first cover which is coupled through screws to prevent the liquid pain reliever coating unit from being exposed to the air; a liquid pain reliever filling jig which protrudes from the other side of the upper end of the liquid pain reliever case to fill the inside of the liquid pain reliever case with the liquid pain reliever stored in a large external liquid pain reliever container; and a second cover which fills the liquid pain reliever case with the liquid pain reliever from the outside through the liquid pain reliever filling jig and is coupled by screws to prevent the liquid pain reliever filling the liquid pain reliever case from being volatilized in the air. |
