The present invention relates to a battery protection circuit package and a battery pack which can be miniaturized and can be manufactured at low costs. Provided is the battery pack which includes the battery protection circuit package interposed between a top case and a battery bare cell. The top case includes a first joining member so that the top case can be fixated on the battery bare cell without using an additional holder. The battery protection circuit package includes a second joining member joined to correspond to the first joining member.
