The present invention relates to an organic compound and an organic electroluminescent element comprising the same. An organic compound of the present invention is used in an organic layer of the organic electroluminescent element, preferably, a light emitting layer, thereby being able to improve light emitting efficiency, a driving voltage, lifespan or the like of the organic electroluminescent element.
