Disclosed is an apparatus to repair stave cooling water pipe. To achieve the above purpose, the present invention comprises: a supply part which provides a cover to envelope a circumferential surface of a hose having a plurality of holes; a guide part which guides the hose inside a cooling water pipe line formed in a stave; and a pipe extending part supplying a bonding material into the hose in a method such that the bonding material moves along the plurality of holes, and the cover attaches to an inner wall of the cooling water pipe line.
