A CPU of a camera unit controls a live view image, captured by an imaging unit, to be transmitted often to a remote control unit by a communications unit. The CPU sets a trimming outline on an image, photographed by the imaging unit, based on a relevant rotation angle if receiving the rotation angle (an angle of a display side of a display unit in a horizontal direction) transmitted from the remote control unit. Moreover, the CPU controls to cut the photographed image along the trimming outline at the time of receiving a photographing command from the remote control unit and to store the image in a recording medium. |
