A touch panel according to an embodiment comprises: a substrate; a sensing electrode for sensing a location wherein the sensing electrode is arranged on the substrate; a wire for electrically connecting the sensing electrode; a first ground electrode arranged between the sensing electrode and the wire; and an overlapping part where the first ground electrode is overlapped with the sensing electrode. A touch panel according to another embodiment comprises: a substrate on which an effective area and an ineffective area are defined; a sensing electrode arranged on the effective area; a wire for electrically connecting the sensing electrode wherein the wire is arranged on the ineffective area; and a first ground electrode arranged on the effective area and arranged between the sensing electrode and the wire.
