The present invention provides a mobile apparatus in which a touch detecting sensor and a fingerprint authenticating sensor are combined. The mobile apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a touch detecting sensor for detecting whether a subject or a finger is touched, by including a plurality of signal wires arranged in a predetermined pattern at an upper end of a display unit; an inactivating unit for surrounding the display unit; a substrate for covering the touch detecting sensor and the inactivating unit; a fingerprint recognition sensor which is formed on at least a portion of the inactivating unit, and generates a light-emitting fingerprint image based on a voltage or a pressure from the finger; and an image sensor which is located at a lower end of the fingerprint recognition sensor, and takes the fingerprint image.
