The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Dutch coffee. The method for manufacturing Dutch coffee comprises the following steps: (a) primarily manufacturing, by an ion providing unit, alkaline ionized water using supplied water; (b) secondarily manufacturing, by a mineral filter, ion water by filtering the alkaline ionized water; (c) extracting undiluted Dutch coffee by putting the alkaline ionized water supplied by a water supply pipe from the mineral filter into a coffee storage tank and mixing the alkaline ionized water and the Dutch coffee; (d) storing the extracted undiluted Dutch coffee; and (e) sensing an alkali degree of the alkaline ionized water by connecting an alkali sensor arranged at the water supply pipe to a control unit, and controlling the concentration of the Dutch coffee as a reference value by sensing the level of the alkaline ionized water by connecting the control unit and a water level sensor of the coffee storage tank in the step (c). |
