The present invention provides a grounding device for welding a welding member to make a rotating frame combined with a fixated frame to be able to rotate inclined by an elastic unit, and to make the ground connection of the welding member easy with a smooth current flow as the welding member and a conveying unit are close to each other. According to the present invention, the grounding device for welding the welding member comprises: a fixated frame whose bottom is fixated on the ground, which has a rotating sphere on a top of one side; a rotating frame comprising a rotating sphere combined with the rotating sphere of the fixated frame on top of one side; a settling unit made in a shape of a flat panel; a support unit formed on the top of the settling unit; a conveying unit combined with the support unit of the rotating frame to have a roller for rotating by being close to the welding member; a grounding unit connected to the conveying unit to perform a ground connection of the welding member conveyed by being close to the roller of the conveying unit; and an elastic unit combined with an other side of the fixated frame and with an other side of the rotating frame to make the welding member close to the conveying unit. |
