Provided is a method for producing a flooring material with a natural wood pattern appearance comprising the steps of: rolling a thermoplastic resin composition including pigments to form colored sheets; preparing two or more colored sheets expressing different colors from each of the thermoplastic resin compositions including two or more pigments in the step of forming the colored sheets; crushing each of the colored sheets to form colored chips having different colors and mixing the colored chips having the different colors with one another to prepare mixed chips; preheating the mixed chips, then inputting the mixed chips into a rolling machine and performing a primary rolling operation to form a first sheet; cutting the first sheet in a direction vertical to a movement direction of being withdrawn from the rolling machine after rolling the mixed chips into the first sheet, stacking a plurality of the cut first sheets to form a stacked structure, and forming the stacked structure by stacking the cut first sheets in the direction of making each of one cut cross sections of the cut first sheets, which form the stacked structure, form one cross section of the stacked structure; and preheating the stacked structure, and performing a secondary rolling operation to form a second sheet. |
