Disclosed are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a substrate; a first electrode arranged on the substrate; a pixel defined layer arranged on the substrate and the first electrode and having an opening part exposing a core part of the first electrode; an intermediate layer arranged on the first electrode and including an organic light emitting layer; and a second electrode arranged on the intermediate layer, wherein a bumpy structure where a plurality of bumps are arranged is included on a side wall of the opening part and the bump structure is formed by exposure due to a standing wave when the opening part is formed.
