The present invention relates to a method of outputting an image for smart devices. The same background image for synchronized smart devices including a smart phone and a smart TV is outputted. Smart devices synchronized with the item of the background image, that is, a fixing structure or a moving object is recognized as a separate medium. The corresponding items are outputted to one of the smart phones by the manipulation of a user.
