According to the present invention, disclosed is an apparatus for preventing deformation of a tire semi-finished product containing a metal wire. According to the present invention, the apparatus for preventing deformation of a tire semi-finished product containing a metal wire comprises: a facing plate unwound from a supply roll, and facing a tire semi-finished product containing a metal wire formed through a supply and demand part at a distance while let off through a supply roller; a base plate for supporting the facing plate; and a spaced screw bar screwed to a combination hole with a screw thread provided in the facing plate, a handle part fixed to one end of the spaced screw bar fixed to one end of the spaced screw bar, and a screw thread hole coaxial with the combination hole provided in the base plate to adjust a distance to the facing plate according to rotation of the spaced screw bar. The facing plate further includes a magnetic groove, and a magnetic bar is inserted into the magnetic groove. Therefore, the present invention has an effect of preventing deformation in the width and length of a semi-finished product when a loop is supplied for let-off for forming a tire semi-finished product containing a metal wire. |
