Disclosed are a dissolving pipe using a mesh screen having a venturi-structured cross section, a method for making a master screen roller, and an electroforming molding method appropriate therefor. The dissolving pipe includes: a pipe-shaped case having an internal space; a suction cap and a discharge cap installed at both ends of the case; and a plurality of mesh screens installed to be adjacent to each other in the internal space between the suction cap and the discharge cap of the case, wherein the mesh screen has a plurality of holes having a venturi-structured inner cross section so that fluid flowing through the internal space is instantaneously and continuously contacted, relaxed, cut, and changed, thereby altering the fluid itself to be sterilized water and soft water, or increasing the dissolved content of gas or other liquids inputted in the fluid. |
