Provided is an ultrasonic imaging device which includes: an ultrasonic probe for receiving an echo signal reflected by irradiating an ultrasonic wave to an object, and outputting the received echo signal; a quality determination unit for determining the quality of each voxel of a three-dimensional volume based on observation information; and a beamforming unit for generating an output signal by performing beamforming differentially according to the determined quality.
