The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly dispersible graphene oxide with an ester functional group, and an antibacterial composition containing the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a highly dispersible graphene oxide with an ester functional group, which has increased dispersibility to a solvent by introducing the ester functional group into a highly dispersible graphene oxide, and to an antibacterial composition which is applicable to various fields by using the same. The method for manufacturing the highly dispersible graphene oxide with the ester functional group comprises: a step 1 for manufacturing a graphene oxide including a functional group selected from the group consisting of an epoxy group, a hydroxyl (OH) group, and a carboxyl (COOH) group from graphite; a step 2 for manufacturing graphene acyl chloride by allowing the graphene oxide manufactured in the step 1 to react with thionyl chloride; and a step 3 for manufacturing the highly dispersible graphene oxide with the ester functional group by allowing a composition manufactured in the step 2 to react with any one among primary alcohol, secondary alcohol, tertiary alcohol, benzyl alcohol, and respective substituted primary alcohol, secondary alcohol, tertiary alcohol, and benzyl alcohol. |
