COOLING SYSTEM FOR WORKING FLUID OF MACHINE TOOL AND METHOD FOR USING THEREOF

The present invention relates to a cooling system for a working fluid in a machine tool comprising a cooling host and a temperature sensing and controlling device which can be installed in the machine tool. The temperature sensing and controlling device controls an operation mode of the cooling host. The cooling host is a commercially available cooling host. As such, a working fluid in the machine tool flows into a heat exchanger by passing through a working fluid circulation pipeline, and the cooling host transfers a coolant to the heat exchanger through a coolant circulation pipeline, thus generating a cooling effect for the working fluid by heat exchange. The cooling host can randomly be replaced with a cooling host sold in accordance to an abrasion situation. The cooling system for a working fluid can be applied to various machine tools and be operated using various cooling hosts sold in the market.
