The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an identification card of an employee. The method for manufacturing an identification card according to the present invention comprises: a plastic sheet preparing step (S 210) of preparing thin film plastic sheets having a thickness of 0.01 to 1.0 mm; an employee information fixing step (S 220) of digitally printing personal information of an employee and affiliation information of the employee on a first non-transparent plastic sheet and a second non-transparent plastic sheet selected during the plastic sheet preparing step; a free thickness layer forming step (S 230) of combining three to thirty thin film plastic sheets selected during the plastic sheet preparing step to form a free thickness layer having a thickness of 1.0 to 5.0 mm; a temporary identification card assembly joining step (S 240) of placing the free thickness layer between the first non-transparent plastic sheet and the second non-transparent plastic sheet, and heating and pressing the free thickness layer, the first non-transparent plastic sheet, and the second non-transparent plastic sheet to join the free thickness layer, the first non-transparent plastic sheet, and the second non-transparent plastic sheet together; and an individual identification card finishing step (S 250) of cutting the identification card into a shape designed in advance according to a feature of each company, and finishing the identification card as an independent identification card for each employee. |
