According to a data processing technology for patent evaluation, a database is constructed using data obtained from patent publications and information besides the patent publications, and a web server receives data, related to patents requested by a user terminal, from the database, and transmits scripts for the received data to the user terminal. The user terminal may generate and display a screen including an evaluation section having evaluation parameters on the patents requested via the scripts and an evaluation menu section having menus for differently selecting evaluation viewpoints. Meanwhile, if the user terminal selects one menu, the web server extracts data, corresponding to the selected menu, from the database and transmits scripts for the extracted data to the user terminal, and the user terminal receiving the scripts reconfigures the screen. |
