The present invention relates to a head coupling unit of a stylus pen and a coupling method thereof which automatize processes of inserting a magnetic object into the head of a stylus pen to assemble. The head coupling unit of the stylus pen according to the present invention comprises: a gripping unit for lifting a head body placed on a first placing jig while the gripping unit grips the head body; and a fixing unit for making a second placing jig to tightly contact the head body gripped by the gripping unit to insert the head body into a head cover to fix and assemble wherein the fixing unit has the second placing jig for placing the head cover.
