The present invention relates to a real wood mold product using a nonwoven fabric and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a real wood mold product using a nonwoven fabric, which ensures reduction in unit costs, can be light-weighted, and simplifies a manufacturing process by using the nonwoven fabric for home appliance mold products and a mold product mounted onto internal and external materials for a vehicle. in addition, the present invention further relates to a manufacturing method thereof. The real wood mold product using the nonwoven fabric comprises from the bottom: a base material layer; the nonwoven fabric laminated on the top surface of the base material layer; a resin sheet layer laminated on the top surface of the nonwoven fabric; a patterned wooden layer laminated on the top surface of the resin sheet layer; and a coating layer laminated on the top surface of the patterned wooden layer. |
