The present invention provides a fault detection circuit of an inverter. The fault detection circuit of an inverter comprises a precision resistor connected to each three-phase switching element of the inverter in parallel. According to the present invention, the precision resistor installed in parallel is used to quickly check whether each switching element is abnormally functioning with an analog signal alone; a volume of a system is small; and economic realization is possible.
