The present invention relates to a hard coating composition with excellent flexibility and a method for forming hard coating using the same and, more specifically, to a hard coating composition and a method for forming hard coating, which comprises an urethane-based acrylate copolymer obtained by reacting: a) a reactant of a1) a first polyol having at least two hydroxyl groups and a second polyol having at least two hydroxyl groups, and a2) a diisocyanate compound having at least two isocyanate groups with different reactivity; and b) a multifunctional acrylate-based monomer, thereby having excellent flexibility and minimizing a rainbow phenomenon or foreign body sensation of the hard coating manufactured thereby. |
