[Class 28 (i)] [See also Group XIII] An open-topped water-heating vessel a has a heat-insulated open-bottomed dome b below which water is primarily heated. and from which extends a heat-insulated standpipe c carrying a nozzle to supply steam to heat a culinary article f above it and ending so far above normal water level that no liquid flows out of its upper end. The dome b communicates at its lower end with the main body of water by holes g, and has steamescape apertures h. Hot water is drawn off by a pipe d from near the top of inside of the dome.
