In the present invention, an air retention space (Hg) is formed in a displacer (2d) and can alternately move a working gas (G) to a heating unit (3h) side and a cooling unit (3c) side of a displacer cylinder (2c) by the movement of the displacer (2d). The outer peripheral surface (2df) of the displacer (2d) and the inner peripheral surface (2ci) of the displacer cylinder (2c) are formed in a shape that can allow the movement of the displacer (2d) and that can prevent the passage of the working gas (G). A flow passage (7) is formed at the outer peripheral surface (2df) of the displacer (2d), and uses a gas passage groove that connects the air retention space (Hg) with a working gas inlet/outlet (6) which is provided to the displacer cylinder (2c) and which is connected to a power cylinder (5c). |
