Disclosed are a method and device for adjusting an interface layout based on a hand position of a hand-held terminal of a user, which relate to the technical field of electronics. The method comprises: comparing a hand position which has already been determined with a hand position which was determined last time; and if the two hand positions are inconsistent, adjusting an interface layout of the screen display of a terminal to be an interface layout adapted to a current hand position operation of a user. The present invention can achieve the self-adaption of the interface layout and improves the user experience. |
