Disclosed are an electronic document data updating method and device for improving the accuracy of the updated data, the method comprising: acquiring data update information of the electronic document and user recorded information; determining whether the data update information of the electronic document exists before the end position in the position information of the user recorded information; when data update information of the electronic document exists, adjusting the position information in the user recorded information according to the data update information of the electronic document; and updating the data of the electronic document according to the data update information of the electronic document and the adjusted user recorded information. Also disclosed is a device for realizing the method. |
