The present invention relates to a three-phase power line communications device, and a communicating method of a three-phase power line communications device. More specifically, to solve a communications collision problem generated on a single network group which is a limit of a conventional technique, each network group is constructed for each of three phases. A communications plan is established for each constructed network group, and communications is performed with a meter formed in each phase. A communications collision caused by simultaneous communications with a plurality of phases can be prevented. A more accurate and systematic communications becomes possible. At the same time, a network group is constructed for each of the three phases, and communications is performed for each network group, so data exchange and management between communications target devices become easy. |
