The present invention relates to treatment of oil. In particular, the present invention relates to generation of oil coke having volatility of over 15% and less than 25% to be used as a cocking additive in a supplied material for oil coking, by using delayed coking. The method has the following functions. A primary supplied material is filled in a remote stripper of a rectified column by being heated and is mixed with gas heavy oil which is a recirculation agent in a remote stripper, and a secondary supplied material is produced. The secondary supplied material is heated in a reaction/heating furnace and transferred to a coking chamber. In the coking chamber, coking additives and gas/liquid coking products are produced. Gas/liquid coking products are sorted in a rectified column, and gas, benzene, gas diesel, gas heavy oil, and coking lower product are produced. According to version 1, calcium oxide and/or calcium hydroxide which is/are a modified additive is/are mixed with a secondary supplied material, and intuitively mixed with gas heavy oil at a ratio of (25-35):(65-75) before being transferred to the coking chamber. In version 2, calcium oxide and/or calcium hydroxide which is/are a modified additive is/are added in the coking lower product, and intuitively mixed as a modified additive with gas heavy oil at a ratio of (25-35):(65-75). The coking lower product is mixed with the secondary supplied material or induced in the coking chamber before being transferred to the coking chamber. A modified additive induced in the coking chamber corresponds to 0.5 to 10.0 mass% of the primary supplied material. |
