PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is impossible to change which one of pulse measurement precision and power saving is overridden, according to situations.SOLUTION: A transmission control part 11 controls transmission of infrared light from an infrared transmitter 14. A signal receiver 11 receives a waveform signal of the infrared light received by an infrared receiver 15. A pulse measurement part 9 measures the pulse of a user wearing earphones 51 on the basis of the waveform signal of the received infrared light. The transmission control part 11 controls an infrared transmission pattern from the infrared transmitter 14 on the basis of a fact which one of the pulse measurement precision and the power saving is overridden. |
