PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved pickling liquid injector of rotary type, capable of accurately injecting pickling liquid.SOLUTION: A pickling liquid ejection roller 1 is combined with a roller 2 opposed thereto. A raw meat is fed by a raw meat feeding mechanism, such that the raw meat is introduced between the opposed roller 2 and the ejection roller 1. Subsequently the raw meat is held between the opposed roller 2 and the ejection roller 1. A rotor 3 rotates around a stator 4, and the opposed roller 2 rotates around the shaft center. A pickling liquid is thus injected into the raw meat. |
