PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity measurement device in which a circuit substrate is surely held relative to a lid member and assembling is easy.SOLUTION: A physical quantity measurement device is configured to: receive a plate-shape circuit substrate 7 receiving a signal detected by a detection unit 6 inside a case 1; hold the circuit substrate 7 by a holder 9 so that a substrate plane surface crosses relative to a bottom surface 3A of a lid member 3; provide the holder 9 in the lid member 3; and comprise an elongated-shape support unit 31 that projects the lid member 3 toward the inside of the case 1 from a lid body 30 and a bottom surface 3A of the lid body 30. The support unit 31 is configured to have a pair of support projection units 35 respectively supporting lateral surface parts located on a mutual opposite side of the circuit substrate 7 along a support unit projection direction and the holder 9 is configured to have a locking piece unit 92 that locks a second substrate 702 provided in a plane surface part 91. |
