PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system of measuring microorganism in which a management reference value is set more accurately than conventional systems.SOLUTION: According to a microorganism measuring system 1 of the present invention, a probability density function of an ATP measured value in a normal state is obtained based on a repeated measurement result of CFU count and ATP measurement, a warning reference value that becomes a desired false positive probability or less and an alarm reference value that becomes a desired false negative probability or less are determined, and management for the ATP measured value is performed. So there is no influence of conversion error from the ATP amount to the CFU count value, a management reference value can be set more accurately than a conventional system and microorganism management can be performed at desired management accuracy. |
