PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CZTS solar cell capable of enhancing conversion efficiency, and to provide a manufacturing method therefor.SOLUTION: A CZTS solar cell has a CZTS film containing Cu, Zn, Sn and S, a ZnMgO film, and a SnOfilm disposed between the CZTS film and ZnMgO film. A manufacturing method for a CZTS solar cell has a CZTS film preparation step S2 for preparing a CZTS film containing Cu, Zn, Sn and S, a SnOfilm formation step S3 for forming a SnOfilm on the surface of the CZTS film prepared in the CZTS film preparation step S2, and a ZnMgO film formation step S4 for forming a ZnMgO film on the surface of the SnOfilm formed in the SnOfilm formation step S3, via a heating step. |
