PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten time until operation changeover in the case of power outage or power return of a system power supply.SOLUTION: In the case of autonomous operation, electric generation power of a fuel cell is set to be a fixed autonomous time electric generation power smaller than rated maximum power and larger than idling power required for driving an auxiliary machine. In the case of power outage of a system power supply, the electric generation power of the fuel cell is kept at the autonomous time electric generation power by consuming or storing surplus power other than the idling power without supplying power to an external load during standby time until starting the autonomous operation. In the case of power return of the system power supply, the electric generation power is kept at electric generation power corresponding to demand power by using a similar method during standby time until output corresponding to the demand power. |
