PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To update a control software, provided in each component, effectively and safely, in a fuel cell system including multiple components.SOLUTION: A fuel cell system 1 having multiple components u, including at least a fuel cell unit 2 and a hot water storage tank 3, and configured to store hot water in the hot water storage tank 3 by recovering the waste heat, and to provide heat generated from the components u to the outside, in the form of hot water supplied from the hot water storage tank 3 or in the form of hot water produced separately, and where each component u is provided with a control software for controlling the operation, is further provided with a controller 6 including operation restriction conditions 60 for restricting the operation form of each component u, during update of the control software thereof, for the provision request of heat by each component u. |
