PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which achieves improvement of the measurement accuracy of a temperature of a piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device 1 includes: a package 2 including a storage member 4 having a thermistor substrate 3 and a frame 7 which is provided protruding from a first main surface 3a of the thermistor substrate 3, the storage member 4 in which a storage part 6 is formed by the first main surface 3a and the frame 7, and a lid 9 which is provided on the frame 7 so as to close a space S of the storage part 6; and a piezoelectric vibration element 5 which is provided on the first main surface 3a of the thermistor substrate 3 in the storage part 6. The thermistor substrate 3 is a lamination type NTC thermistor. |
