PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator which improves vibration resistance and heat radiation performance of a motor used in an environment subject to vibration, and to provide an automatic transmission and a vehicle.SOLUTION: An actuator housing 13 includes a closed bottom motor housing part 50 for housing an electric motor 22. A spring washer 62 is disposed between a bottom part 50a of the motor housing part 50 and an end surface 60a of a yoke 60 of the electric motor 22. Heat radiation grease 63 having heat conductivity higher than that of air is disposed in a space 51 between the yoke 60 and the motor housing part 50.
