BATTERY SYSTEM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently assemble a battery system by smoothly inserting a battery laminate block and an elastic plate into inside of a fitting part and an engaging part of a binding tool.SOLUTION: A battery system comprises: a battery laminate block 2 which laminates a plurality of battery cells 1; an elastic plate 9 including an elastic pressing part 19 which presses respective battery cells 1 from a bottom surface 1B to a terminal surface 1A; a pair of end plates 3 which are disposed at both ends of the battery laminate block 2; and a binding tool 4 which connects the end plates 3 and fixes the battery cells 1 in a lamination direction in a pressurized state. The battery system is provided in which the battery laminate block 2 and the elastic plate 9 are disposed between a fitting part 4A and an engaging part 4B of the binding tool 4 so that respective battery cells 1 are elastically pressed toward the fitting part 4A by elastic restoration force of the elastic pressing part 19 that is elastically deformed, and a notch 4a is arranged at one of or both of the fitting part 4A and the engaging part 4B so as to guide a jig pressing the battery laminate block 2 or the elastic plate 9.
