<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance environment providing system capable of quickly constructing a reproduction environment in which an environment to be maintained is reproduced, according to a content of maintenance work.SOLUTION: A maintenance environment providing system 1700 comprises: a virtual machine capable of providing a virtual maintenance environment; and a snap shot capable of holding the state of the virtual machine, and synthesizing the state to the machine for reproducing the state. A maintenance environment representing part 1701 represents information which allows a client to select a specific maintenance environment. A maintenance environment creating part 1703 selects the snap shop capable of providing the specific maintenance environment selected by the client, on the basis of a maintenance environment selection notification transmitted by the client on the basis of the represented information, and synthesizes the selected snap shot to the virtual machine, for creating the virtual machine capable of providing the specific maintenance environment selected by the client.</p> |
