PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inrush current in a regulator circuit.SOLUTION: A regulator circuit comprises: an input node to which a reference voltage is inputted; an output node outputting a power supply voltage; an output MOS transistor having a drain connected to the output node and a source connected to the power line; an intermediate stage driving a gate of the output MOS transistor so as to reduce a difference between the reference voltage and the power supply voltage; and a current path part providing a current path that causes current to flow between the gate of the output MOS transistor and the power line.
