<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which facilitates downsizing and suppresses a cost increase.SOLUTION: An image display unit (6) is openably attached to a side surface of a main unit (8). In a place which is covered by the image display unit (6) when the image display unit (6) is closed into the main unit (8), a first operation button (9) is provided, and on a surface of the image display unit (6) counter to the first operation button (9) when the image display unit (6) is closed into the main unit (8), a second operation button (20) is provided. When the image display unit (6) is closed into the main unit (8), the first operation button (9) and the second operation button (20) press against each other into the units, while when the display unit (6) is open, the buttons protrude. Thereby, the opening or closing of the image display unit (6) is detected. When the first operation button (9) or the second operation button (20) is operated in the state in which the image display unit (6) is open, each prescribed processing is executed.</p> |
