<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire a ventilation device having high versatility of components.SOLUTION: A panel unit 5 has: a cylindrical unit box 39 inserted in the pipe guide; a panel 7 for covering an indoor side opening of the pipe guide; an opening/closing mechanism 8a which is arranged at a shaft center of the unit box 39, supports the panel 7 and opens/closes the indoor side opening of the pipe guide by advancing/retreating the supported panel 7 along a penetration port; and a differential pressure unit 13 which includes a shutter 16 energized by a spring and for opening/closing the indoor side opening of the pipe guide according to a pressure difference between the indoor side and the outdoor side, and allows the outdoor air to flow indoors through the penetration port by opening the shutter 16 when the indoors becomes a negative pressure environment. In the differential pressure unit 13, an opening/closing mechanism through-hole 18a for penetrating the opening/closing mechanism 8a is formed in the central part, and the differential pressure unit 13 is installed between the unit box 39 and the panel 7 in a state where the opening/closing mechanism 8a penetrates the opening/closing mechanism through-hole 18a.</p> |
